Positive Comments: Wow! I would have loved for this to go a little longer. Really great sounds/instrumentation. Love the Native American influence, and THEN…. the East Indian sitar instrumentation, thrown in. How interesting. It’s a powerful arrangement, and great production. I look forward to listening to more of yourmusic. You’re the 1st composer, in a long time, that I have given excellent, across the board.

Constructive Comments: Like I said, in the above comments….. I would have liked for this to go longer, as I found it very interesting. THAT is my only critique, as I think you did great with this, and could easily see this used for a movie soundtrack. I listened to this 3 times to take it in, and…. I just want to say…. Good job!

Positive Comments: I just wanna say I’m happy to hear some music with a real beat for a change not too fast not too slow just right this was nice. The use of the sample was excellent I like the pitch and it blended well with the track as a whole. It been awhile since I’ve heard drums like that used in a song with a nice groove behind it everything is trap music or worst. Your instruments blended well together and the mix was on point.

Constructive Comments: The only thing that would of made this track better is a vocalist. This beat had me tapping my feet and I got flashbacks of the 90’s being in the rooftop I’m from NYC so hearing Mary sampled correct is a big plus because up until now I’ve only heard remakes of her song nobody that I know has used her vocal so that’s a plus. I got nothing negative and i ran on a bit it’s because im trying to make that 500 character count nothing personal. I can’t wait to hear this with a singer on it I’m sure it will be fire. Keep making good music.

Positive Comments: Excellent production, vocal, and arrangement. Sounds like a top studio production. I think this song is in line with current country and what you might hear on the radio. I can see a video with horses, of course, and perhaps a countryside setting. I liked the way the song evolves from the first lyrics to the end. I like the instrumentation and how everything fits well with the vocal and the subject of the song. My only comment might be that the drums are a little too outfront, but that would be up to the final producer of the song. I like the fact that I have never heard the phrase “Go ride your horses” before in a song, which will make it stand out from other current contemporary county songs.

Constructive Comments: My only comment would be about the drums as I said before, but that is arbitrary.

Positive Comments: This is cool. Lyrics were a surprise. The music is good for low-fi pitches as well as alternative rock. Everything works together. Do some mixes of various lengths, like 60 second and 30 second so the client can use those if he wishes. Pitch the full length but mention in the notes that you have the other mixes too. This is edgy, brave, and bold. Meaning it won’t get as many pitches as the sweet little teeny bopper stuff, but when you find a pitch, no one will be able to compete with you.

Constructive Comments: Maybe just a touch louder on the vocals? By the end I was ok, but at first the vocal got a bit lost in the music for me.

Positive Comments: I listened to this song 3 times, as I wanted to really take it in. The lyrics are strong, and very heartbreaking. And yes… I had tears in my eyes. Memorable, and haunting hook. The lead vocal tone is beautiful, and heartfelt, and was perfect for this song. The production, and mix are full, balanced and it sounds great. The whistling at the beginning, reminded me of one of my favorite artists…..LP

Constructive Comments: This is a really good, and heartbreaking song. To be honest….. the ONLY thing I would change, would be the opening keyboard sound. And then again…. that is only my opinion. The reason, I say that, is because of my background, as a pianist/keyboardist. A grand piano/string combo, would add to the depth, and solemn feel of the song. Good job. I could see this as a song on the radio, as well, as in a movie, or TV show.

Positive Comments: Okay, I was shocked. But it works. The girls in the club are gonna drive the boys wild with this one. You have a wicked mind. I think there will be a lot of great pitches for this Just suggestive enough to be sexy. Victoria’s Secret runway? I wouldn’t limit the pitches to just electronica either.

Constructive Comments: Just to have an extra version, you could put a dance beat under this and double your pitches. Just a thought. I don’t have any comments about changing anything else. Maybe a 30 second mix and a 60 second mix just in case. I do have one question. Vanilla or chocolate?
