Positive Comments: I listened to this song 3 times, as I wanted to really take it in. The lyrics are strong, and very heartbreaking. And yes… I had tears in my eyes. Memorable, and haunting hook. The lead vocal tone is beautiful, and heartfelt, and was perfect for this song. The production, and mix are full, balanced and it sounds great. The whistling at the beginning, reminded me of one of my favorite artists…..LP
Constructive Comments: This is a really good, and heartbreaking song. To be honest….. the ONLY thing I would change, would be the opening keyboard sound. And then again…. that is only my opinion. The reason, I say that, is because of my background, as a pianist/keyboardist. A grand piano/string combo, would add to the depth, and solemn feel of the song. Good job. I could see this as a song on the radio, as well, as in a movie, or TV show.
