Positive Comments: Great folk/country song or what ever genre you slot yourself into. Not the kinda of music I usually listen to but this really is a good song/recording. I totally love the warmth of the recording. Sounds very analogue or there was the use of a really good tube mic compressor & high end condenser mic. If I could only get quality vox and acoustic sounds like this. Nice job. Really enjoyed listening.

Constructive Comments: Nothing to really add. Again, nice job keep rockin.

Positive Comments: Interesting retro-sound. I could have heard this on the radio in 1982, with a slight psychedelic edge. Nice harmonies and a very clean recording overall. Vocal has almost a Gregg Allman vibe at times without the gravel. A solid listen for sure.

Constructive Comments: 2 things – there’s virtually no “hook” that I can discern, which is OK if you’re not trying for radio play. The other bigger issue is you should reverse the saxaphone and vocal volume levels. The lyrics are back in the mix and you can’t understand them at times, even on studio headphones (which is how I listen), and the sax is a little hot in comparison with the bass in particular. I’d move the vocals probably 3db hotter if you ever do a remix.

Positive Comments: The overall sound if very appropriate for the genre. Lyrics are good even if the topic is, in certain ways, common.Vocal part is well integrated with the arrangement and the vocal sound is extremely good.I also like the fact that there are no drums in the arrangement

Constructive Comments: I would add some more instruments (may be a pad in some part of the song to make things more interesting). Some variation would also be useful tio keep the listener’s interest alive

Positive Comments: Good vocal and choir performances. Lyrics are also quite interesting

Constructive Comments: To me this song sounds too much “MIDI”. It seems that the instruments have been programmed and this, for a country song, might give some room for improvement.I would also add some kind of “middle 8” or anything else to make more variations to the arrangement.Try to use guitar for the solos to sound more realistic.
