Positive Comments: Lead singer has a bit of Bob Dylan in his voice, really dug the overall feel of the song. Its a nice mix of classic rock meets folk. Really liked when that solo kicks in around 3:40 and continues through the outtro. Excellent song and arrangement. Great market potential

Constructive Comments: At times the mix seemed a little over compressed, mostly in the first half with the vocals layered in. Even that is being a little picky, but if you are looking for a place to improve the song thats where I would focus. Other than that the song is original and sounds great. Really enjoyed it

Positive Comments: Great song, loved that is was a live recording but very professionally done. This would fit very well in a film when a band is performing in the background to give the scene a “true life” live music feel. Great blues tune.

Constructive Comments: There are some difficulties in recording a live song. Overall the entire mix seemed quite hot, especially when the solo started at 2:35. Its difficult to preserve that live feel while tinkering with all the levels in post production but it is at least something to try.

Positive Comments: Very reminiscent of Bob Seger country rock, particularly with the sax being so prevalent. Definitely has an 80s retro feel. I’d almost put this in a Pop Country category since it has so many elements of Pop vs. what is currently on country or rock radio.

Constructive Comments: Would like to hear more dynamics changes, as it gets to be a little same-same after a while. Maybe a bridge of some kind?

Positive Comments: Very well-recorded and easy to listen to. The varying guitar tones added a nice touch. It has a good groove as well, and I’d love to hear it re-mixed without the electronic stuff in the background. To get the right “ears” on this, I’d recommend changing the category to Rock General vs. Pop Rock, as there’s very little Pop to this with the extended intro and no lyrics.

Constructive Comments: If you want to make it more Pop it needs to hit the ground running instead of a full minute before a melody comes in. Also, some of the echoing guitar parts seemed a little out of timing to me, but it was still a solid listen.

Positive Comments: Really fun and authentic feeling track. I could see this working in a movie placement. It has a certain unpredictability right from the accordian itself to the maraca dropping out totally that makes it perfect for an inquisitive kind of set-up for film/TV.

Constructive Comments: I could critique the production here a bit, but I don’t think that would add to the song… the appeal of this track is in its live authenticity, and its unassuming flow. It just works as-is, and I wouldn’t change a thing.

Positive Comments: Nicely executed classic style rock song with a multi-decade appeal… very classic 70s sound in the vocals, a alot of 80s tone in the guitars and a 90s kind of mix in the drums. And a little country influence to tie it all together. Fun listen!

Constructive Comments: Well done! If I had to offer a constructive comment it would be that more layered/blended backing vocals could elevate the song a bit. But this is a really solid tune.
