Positive Comments: The song creates a very nice melancholic mood. I like the way the E-Piano harmoinizes with the vocals.The vocals also are sung very well. The song would fit perfectly into a movie, but it also would work well as a single pop song. I could also imagine it as a part of a bigger work such as a musical, or something like that.

Constructive Comments: I don’t really get the sense of the lyrics. Is it a Anti-war song, or something else? That needn’t be a weak point, it often makes a song special and deep, when the listener has to interpret the lyrics or when the song makes curious about the story behind it. In 2:18 in the lyrics is written “Mama tells me things will be fine, oh mama,”, but it is sung: “MY Mama tells me…”. It reminds me of popular pop songs, but that gives a song market potential.

Constructive Comments: In just a few spots I’m getting distortion on the vocal (maybe rec9rded too hot?) and one of the acoustic side guitars has some ‘fret buzz’ here and there that distracts. Otherwise this might have gotten a perfect score. Excellent stuff.
