Positive Comments: What a gorgeous piano tone! If a song is good enough, it doesn’t need over-production, and this is a perfect example. Excellent vocal fits the song perfectly, and the piano is played without being over-played. Very heart-felt performance with a ton of possibilities. Thus, the near-perfect score (which I rarely give out).

Constructive Comments: Would love to hear 1 more instrument (not a band) – maybe a plaintive dobro/acoustic slide sound to accent and Countrify it even more. I could also see this in the Pop category. Very well done.

Positive Comments: Very nice groove which I could hear as a film/TV background piece. Excellent guitar tones. It’s well-played and the chord pattern is interesting. I really enjoyed the mood and timbre of the overall piece. Strong effort!

Constructive Comments: As much as I enjoyed this, it could use a serious re-mix. I played drums professionally for 20+ years so I LOVE drums, but they are so loud (especially the cymbals) that it distracted me from the brilliant overall tone of the song. Had this been more balanced, I would have given it a near-perfect score.
