Positive Comments: Perfect intro… cool loose tracks, has that live room recording feel. Dude singing like Jimi, Steven Tyler or Chris Robinson. Song has a very 90’s Hollywood sound but also is original… I hear a lot of influences in this song. Change up at 2:35 is good, it works well… the vocal is killer. Good song writing. Comes back to the verse nicely at 1:27.

Constructive Comments: My only issue is about market potential…There is a market for this genre. Only thing missing for me instrumentally is an organ… especially in the first section. I understand though about the limitations we may have as songwriters. This kicks ass.

Positive Comments: Nice song to listen to, very good piano performance. I enjoyed the progression… has a familiar sound, reminiscent of old times theme is always touching. Also a very good vocal performance. Nice song all the way around, keeping it vocal and guitar worked for me.

Constructive Comments: some of the phrasing in the vocal was tricky, made it kind of an awkward turnaround. I give you more feedback but the song kept ending at 2:40. Then it stopped playing altogether. I hope this review goes through. Lyrics were sometimes too literal for me, I enjoy suggestive lyrics.. it helps my mind to connect more personally.

Positive Comments: Catchy, free flowing mid-tempo rock song, reminiscent of Steve Miller Band. I really enjoyed the harmonies and vocals, with the overdubbing effects. I think that made the song! I found the song to be catchy, but in an interesting way. It was not too simplistic, the verses, that is. It was catchy in a unique way that I can’t quite put my finger on. The chorus was catchy in a traditional way, but the verses had something more to them that made the song more complex and intriguing.

Constructive Comments: I thought the build up to the ever-increasing harmonies was very effective. At about 2:40 to about 3:10 into the song it really soared to the peak with those harmonies. I wonder if the song ended shortly after that point, if it would have been even better. The last 50 seconds or so was a bit anti-climactic. I liken it to a top ranked athlete. Sometime it’s better to retire at your peak or close to it rather than keep playing and the last performances are not your best. Overall good song that I enjoyed!

Constructive Comments: I think the hook could have been clearer. I had difficulty figuring out what the title of the song was. Perhaps repeating the hook one more time would help. I’d love to hear you strengthen the vocal a little more because, she is so good I would like to hear it with a touch more confidence. You are good! Let it loose!.

Positive Comments: Cute song! The vocals seemed tight and the music was catchy.

Constructive Comments: It sounds a little oriented to a younger audience (which may be your intent). I wasn’t sure what to make of the calypso sound in the arrangement. The vocalist’s were not leveraging it much and it wasn’t adding to the message. It sounded like the piece was kind of between two different genres. I think I would try going straight pop so it does not distract from the message you are trying to convey.

Constructive Comments: Pace was a little slow for me. But, this might be appropriate for the ministry effect you are going after (and the time of night I am listening to it might also be having an effect). Overall, I have nothing bad to say about it. I liked it!! Well done!
