Constructive Comments: Definitely not Smooth Jazz. More of a Modern Folk (not old)/ Pop-Rock/ Easy Listening. The hook was lost in the song. I never did catch the hook. The subject of the lyrics sounds very old.

Positive Comments: Cool song!! I myself like tributes like this, although I’m not sure how much of a commercial market there is for them. This is really well done. I like the arrangement….simple but appropriate with some real tasty guitar licks. Vocal is heartfelt and quite good.

Positive Comments: I think I reviewed another one of your songs….liked that one too!! This is just an extremely pleasant listen. It is bright, optimistic and just feels good! Your voice works great and I think the basic arrangement works just right.

Constructive Comments: The only line I’m not crazy about is the one that ends in “no harm”. It has a bit of feeling like you were going for a difficult rhyme and the thought seems a little out of place. I sometimes find the last line I want, and work back to the line before it….not as obvious if it’s a little unnatural. Great song!! Take care. Gre
