Positive Comments: This song has a feeling of R&B with Funk. But I also hear some Jazz elements. It is hard for me to review instrumentals. I usually review the lyrics and music together but I would say this is great! It has an up beat feeling to it. I can picture it being on background on a commercial. You can use this instrumental for advertising campaigns, TV and Film.

Constructive Comments: As i said above, it is hard for me to review instrumentals alone without hook or lyrics. That being said, I am mostly going on how the instruments and the arrangement of sounds make me feel in a general sense. Made me feel like Getting Down or UP! I would have loved to hear a freestyle part of beat where its more different from the repeat instruments. That would make it more interesting to me!

Positive Comments: This genre has a jazz undertone to it. I would not necessarily consider this Hip Hop, but I could see the blend of both styles of genre. Being that the Song is talking about “Mind your Manners”, it sounds as if it would work great as a children’s song. You have the potential to market this song in something like Sesame St., or a popular young kids show.

Constructive Comments: This lyrics of the verses go along with the lyrics to the hook. The song is talking about Manners. I can tell this is a children’s song. To make it more appealing I would use something with a happier beat. Something Fun that kids can dance to! This will get them exciting about learning their manners. Right now it feels like a strict, poised lesson instead of fun tutorial. The singer can also show a better performance by not being as poised. It seems to stern for a child. I like the kids singing at the end! Maybe you can incorporate them into more of the song too! Kids like hearing other kids!
