Positive Comments: Sounds like you have a cool vibe that you can expand on. I hear a little Peter Gabriel happening. The parts a pretty cool. Both guitar parts, acoustic and electric are very well done. The repetition works for this tune.
Constructive Comments: You have a funny situation here. Parts of the mix sound well balanced. Mostly I guess the backing track. The vocal has no definition and I could not make out the words. It sounds like the vocal was added at a later date and balanced by someone else. Like the backing track was handed off to someone else. The drums go a little off in spots too. Fix both these things and you will have a very cool tune.
