Positive Comments: Really great cover here, solid recording, great performances all around. This could probably get some TV and Film placements if they don’t want to pay for the original version. It’s got a nice vibe to it and I think fans of the original would appreciate this version a lot. Not much else to say about this one, keep up the good work.
Constructive Comments: I would say one negative is, style-wise, it’s pretty similar to the original. There’s some different elements, but I often feel like if you’re going to record a cover, it should have a whole different feeling to it, you take something that’s outside of your box, but put it in your box. That usually grabs people’s attention more. I play in a cover band so I appreciate a good cover, but I’ve found it when you change things up a bit that people are more excited and surprised by what you are doing.
