Positive Comments: Great cut time intro. Super trumpet lines, that soft yet compelling Miles-like touch. Great guitar comping. Keyboard chops very much in the pocket as well. Bass and drums are all right there. — This genre harkens back to a time I find personally very exciting. Would love to have walked into that club at that moment. Very strong stuff, of a high order indeed. Love it!

Constructive Comments: Suggestions? Beats me.

Positive Comments: There were no lyrics and yes I did enjoy the instrumental. It sounded to me like jangling bells or a bellringers peal very pleasant on the ear. The repetition was strong it made the music into an ear worm. It would be a great accompaniment to movement and travel visuals. It was a full sound however it was created.

Constructive Comments: I was surprised that a vocal didn’t start after the strong intro. Then I got into the song and found it atmospheric in a way like a xylophone. Timpani based but quite varied I can think of few improvements. As you can see above my imagination linked into bell ringing. The peal of the song had appeal. The song could be used in a wide variety of settings.

Positive Comments: A very pleasant country style singer/ songwriter song. The song has an emotional punch, it is sad and moving. It is a story ending with an intention to move on, reflecting many peoples’ experiences. The guitar suits the voice the phrase ‘lost inside my heart ‘ is very good. I also liked the harmonies which did enrich the song.

Constructive Comments: There could be a bit of diversity of instrumentation or key to create tension in the listener. A strength and a weakness is that the song sounds universal it could be from any era in the past.It would be perfect to listen to on the radio on a road trip. The song is all about the singer without any attempt to build the character of his lost love.

Positive Comments: This is reminiscent of the theme music for “Room 222” a TV series popular in the 70’s. I can visualize zooming in to a college campus, watching many students entering the campus to begin their morning classes. This has an uplifting melody, yet calm at the same time. All the instruments are well placed together, and has a very nice harmony.

Constructive Comments: This is a terrific demo. But sometimes one can hear the artificial nature of some of the instruments. Maybe layer different versions of each of the instruments, and various affects to make it sound a little more natural.
