Constructive Comments: There are no surprises for the length of the instrumental. An interesting bridge would be good. Good use of what the keyboard offers but the piece does not trigger emotional response. Take the piece as background and add another layer of intensity.

Positive Comments: Starts beautifully, some unexpected notes, counterpoint at unexpected moments, good switches, sudden tension, sudden playfulness, changes of mood, sudden patterns, unexpected instruments… has every element of a musical, compressed into 2 minutes!!!

Constructive Comments: Nothing, really. Except, I don’t know what such awesome music could be commercially used for!One minor thing… I would have resolved the ending, but probably with one of the themes in the middle.

Positive Comments: Beautiful! The piano tone is very soothing, and the voice comes in at a perfect position, pitch and note. Has a lot of potential in the modern gospel arena. This will sound awesome in a stadium.

Constructive Comments: Add strings, maybe? Make it more moving and rousing?I would develop this into a full-fledged 5 minute song, with drums coming in around 3:30, take it higher with soaring backing vocals! This song is listed under Classical – Contemporary, which, I think, isn’t appropriate. The chord progressions and playing style are very pop.

Positive Comments: Excellent trailer / gaming music. Very engaging, swings well between heavy instrumentation and theme building. The interplay around the 2:50 mark is astounding, even if understated. I sense three distinct sections, which is good because they could also be placed individually, or to cover three separate arcs under one theme.

Constructive Comments: The inflection points, e.g. around 1:35 could get some more contrast / boost, so they stand out even more, potentially in trailers when the scene is changing. This is a very crowded space you are getting into, you are aware, yes?

Positive Comments: Gentle progress, builds up neatly. Good mixing, even if simple. Simple enough to blend into the background as BGM, good enough to stand out and be noticed. Good mix of folk, country and rock-n-roll.

Constructive Comments: I got this under category Classical Music – Contemporary, which I think is an error. You might get overlooked by some scouts because of this.A strong solo (distorted guitar, or saxophone) might actually get this song some increased placement potential.

Positive Comments: I absolutely loved the beat and use of instruments that were chosen. Definitely had that Latin Cumbias type rhythm. I also loved the lead guitar working in individual notes on and between the beat. That made for an extremely engaging listening experience. Very well done.

Constructive Comments: The vocals seemed to not quite fit the feel of the song. The vocals were not pitchy or performed poorly. Just somehow my brain was expecting a more Latin style or sounding vocalist to go with the song. I hope this is not taken the wrong way. If the singer is you, the songwriter, no offense intended. Overall a great song, truly. I have, in my songs tried out singers, some very talented. But in some cases, the singer or their tone or style does not fit the song. I never know this until I hear a prospective singer sing my song. It’s a wierd thing to figure out sometimes.

Positive Comments: I was expecting a Latin beat with lyrics etc. The beautiful piano was a surprise, a good surprise. I am guessing the artist and performer of this piece is a very accomplished pianist. This sounded like a high level piece to perform and it was performed flawlessly, as far as my ears could tell. I did enjoy the low bass notes in certain parts which contrasted well with the higher pitched parts where maybe just the right hand was playing on those parts? The piece has nice melody and a romantic flavor.

Constructive Comments: I would have loved to hear a violin or viola come in or maybe some other instrument to enhance this beautiful piece even more.
