Positive Comments: The guitar notes at the start are haunting. I am glad I got to hear this piece! The way you have built up to that drum stroke around 1:50 and 2:10 is impressive.Builds into a nice epic song. Like a warrior returning from battle, broken but victorious. All the best!

Constructive Comments: You know, this song has the potential to become a pop hit, if it is infused with electronic drums. Think Vangelis.I think there’s too much strings in this song.

Positive Comments: Such a beautiful piece! The interplay between the violin and the piano is moving, and the strings ensure the feeling sustains.I like the tempo you have chosen – it has a contemplative feel to it without getting meditational. All the best to you!

Constructive Comments: Nothing, really. I think this is the most that can be squeezed out of this idea.

Positive Comments: Very unique way of playing the piano melody! The bass is very appropriate. I am not sure what you’ve played it on, but it fits well. All the best!

Constructive Comments: You might want to consider adding more reverb / sustain to the bass. Not sure if the strings add as much value as they could.

Positive Comments: Very nice melody. The movement from one aspect of the theme to another is very smooth. The cadence between the solo violin and the other strings is perfect. The balance of the whole song is excellent. All the best!

Constructive Comments: I would have liked to see more happening in the song. The main melody reminds me of a Bollywood song (Chori Chori jab nazrein mili), which, I am quite sure, is a copy of another song. Perhaps you can consider modifying your scale a bit so it doesn’t sound so similar? The strings when they play without the violinv are a bit plastic and too poppy for the song.

Positive Comments: I like the Eastern touch to the scale – something not many people get a hang of quickly. The horns and violin interplay was very good. The percussive additionsbefore the 1:00 mark are a nice touch. The violin-bee buzz is neatly done!

Constructive Comments: I think a little more needs to happen in the song. Maybe consider making it longer, and giving each sub-theme / passage more space to grow, settle and leave an impression? Maybe the end could be a bit more epic? All the best!

Positive Comments: I love the Highway Star-esque start!!! And the bass tone is cool!Provocative lyrics without being crass. The bass part during the refrain are very good, too.

Constructive Comments: Try using a different drum kit, maybe? The kick is a bit too soft for my liking, and the snare needs more attack, I think. How about some slap bass?

Positive Comments: Cool mix of electronic and rock elements. The guitar solo was nice! Around the 2:00 mark, I was expecting the song texture to change completely, maybe with a rhythic change (metric modulation). Still a very nice piece. All the best!

Constructive Comments: Make the bass do more, maybe? There is a lot of scope for the bass to move around tonally. There are parts, of course, where the current bass is very fitting.

Constructive Comments: 6) Is my music easy to listen along with after one listen? yes 7) What does my song make the listener want to do? Dance? Cry? Laugh? Sing? clap 8) What universal emotion does my song tap into? Longing 9) Is my idea strong enough to carry an entire song? yes 10) Would I want to listen to this over and over in my car? yes if the volume of the music track war lower so I could hear the lyrics.
