Song: LIGHT A CANDLE (MIX 2)
Reviewer: Fred Kimmel
Positive Comments: Great tune. Vocals and piano alone get the story across beautifully.
Constructive Comments: It’s not World music by any stretch of the imagination. It is Unique and has enough of a Pop hook to be John Legend. The singer sounds like a great country singer rolling those Rs like he’s coming off a tractor. Definitely not a World vibe. It belongs on the Pop or Unique charts for sure. Next thing: When you put your name on the lyric sheet, it’s no longer an anynonous review. That info goes in the little boxes!
