Positive Comments: Perhaps I was not prepared for a song so specific to it’s subject, and regarding Covid. It is a very passionate song, the vocalist does evoke almost an Irish Folk vibe.I like the use of the military snare roll in relation to the “antagonist” in the lyrics – Covid. Almost like a firing line. It is striking.
Constructive Comments: I was hoping for a bridge to break up the song somewhat…I think a little more work and the overall production level could be raised significantly, there are some transients that seem a little jarring. I like the Irish Folk flavor, I also sensed some Clash or the Alarm influence here, which is great!Overall, maybe just balance levels a bit more, apply light EQ to each track..
