Positive Comments: Good balance of instruments.
Constructive Comments: This could use a distinct melody. The sax lead just mirrors the bass line. The progression is fine and the structure is good, it just needs a melody to tie it all together. As is, parts of it might work as a backround to a movie scene. Might not be Jazz as much as a crossover tune.
