Positive Comments: WOW! What an amazing song. A fresh voice, a creative approach, a great message. Melody and lyrics meld perfectly. I absolutely love this track! Sets up great…you can just see her in her living room, writing songs, yet not giving up hope for Mr. Right (melody) to show up and sweep her off her feet. But for now, she’s content with music being her life. I cannot think of one thing I would change about this song. I hope it soars somewhere great.

Constructive Comments: Song cuts off at 2:47. You might want to re-upload. Let me know when that guy comes and sweeps you off your feet. He had better be AMAZING! Mrs. Kate

Positive Comments: Nice guitar into sets up this positive sounding song in a good groove. The singer wants to play and sing…but cannot find a place to do it. The song asks more questions than gives answers. Nice chord progression and steady guitar work.

Constructive Comments: I’m not sure I get the “most of nothing” concept, but it’s creative I’ll grant you that. As far as the book you are searching for, I highly recommend the Holy Bible. I became a follower of Jesus in 1972 and have had Him guiding me all these years. Boy has He ever helped me a lot! It seems to me that I have heard this song before? I wonder if there are 2 versions on BJ? Or maybe you shared it with me personally.

Somewhat 3) Is my melody interesting? yes4) Does my melody get stuck in your head? yes 5) Does my chorus stand out and take the song to a higher place? Somewhat.

Constructive Comments: My humble suggestions for the arrangement are to contrast more between the verse and chorus. I loved that piano break you had after the chorus–just lovely. You might want to tighten up the mix to get your time below three minutes. The lyrics were general and I wanted specific details. In V1 set up the characters, context and setting. The chorus is the hook of the song and V2 add more specific details playing to your hooks. Wishing you that best with this song. Happy writing.6) Is my chorus easy to sing along with after one listen? yes7) What does my song make the listener want to do? Dance? Cry? Laugh? Sing?
