Song: OZZIE bed
Reviewer: Bob Bentley
Positive Comments: First thing to say is I really like this! After a couple of listens the tune really grew on me. It’s hard to come up with an original country waltz time melody but you managed it very nicely indeed. Some great musicality and a nice arrangement.I could hear this as a piece of background music or as a TV theme tune. Good job, and good luck with it.
Constructive Comments: Just some thoughts. There was lots of great picking/lead playing in the first part of the song but from about 1.20 for a while the lead instruments took more of a backseat. I had the taste by then and wanted to hear more! Please don’t think I’m being critical, it’s just that I really like the track but my last comment is that it has been very quietly recorded. A bit more gain would be good.I love this, thanks for the opportunity to hear it.
