Positive Comments: Nice clean sound, great stereo-panned acoustic strumming and tight rhythm section. Tasteful guitar solo that compliments the song well. The unresolved “outro” was unexpected and a really nice touch.

Constructive Comments: Not much to critique here. The song flows well, has some nice breaks, and sounds good overall. The only thing that stood out to me was the vocal harmony sounding a bit “processed” compared to the rest of the mix, but it works with the genre, so it isn’t really a criticism 🙂 Nice work.

Positive Comments: Your song is very well done with a catchy, droning melody, which is what catches me first. All instrumentation and studio work is flawless. Excellent vocals that fit the mood and lyrics. The subject, “thinks she’s a vampire,” and references to partying, sleeping all day, are almost cliche, but the reference to it being a charade pulls the lyrics out and gives the song a strong meaning. Overall it’s excellent and enjoyable.

Constructive Comments: After a great recording session like that, celebrate with a good dinner and a few brews.

Positive Comments: I really like the concept and melodic choices here, some very nice ideas that remind me of TV/film composers in the 80s/90s. It has an authentic sound and I think that with some “polishing” it could gain consideration for projecs looking for this kind of feel.

Constructive Comments: With a bit of polishing to make everything “tighter”, this kind of thing could have potential for placement.
