Positive Comments: Intro really grabbed my ears, could have gone on like that! The main lick is a nice little earworm. Lead guitar really sings too, adds some spice to the song. The arrangement has the most imagination of any other part of the track, for me. Really nice how it shifts the mood. Excellent musicianship behind that arrangement too.
Constructive Comments: OK one of my pet peeves in a song is if a phrase gets repeated a lot like “power of love” here, but the song is called something else. My pet peeve! I enjoyed a lot of this track, but in the end, I just feel like the actual song material benefitted from a really strong arrangement. In other words, the song itself didn’t seem that special to me. It’s all subjective, right?!
