Positive Comments: Can tell pretty quickly this is someone or band with an individual approach, not general. Not to say the song is odd, it’s not, but it feels like a true original song, not a copy of someone else’s. Lead singer is fine, arrangement is really strong – I really appreciate when a song mixes it up, doesn’t stay at one tempo or dynamic.
Constructive Comments: I’m not a fan of “la di da” as a chorus. The verse part of the song is good, for me, the chorus is a bit of a disappointment. Just not as catchy as the start of the song. The arrangement comes to the rescue, but it would be better if the chorus could lift the song up to a higher level, instead of kind of holding it back.
