Positive Comments: Wow this is SO commercial and different – reminds me of the likes of the British band from the 80’s Squeeze. Love the vocal performance and lyrical content.

Constructive Comments: Low score from me for instrumentation but only because I wanted a beefier overall sound. (drums/production could do with being stronger).

Positive Comments: Beautiful guitar work in the intro with the hum opens the song up masterfully. First verse is super strong, sets up the story/emotion of the story well. Great bridge. Favorite lyrics: 1000 miles of concrete, Neon globe, build a shelf to store their dreams. The chorus is fantastic, memorable, effective. This song is a true winner. Put it at the top of the country charts!

Positive Comments: This song has an old-timey feel to it. Something you might hear on an evening walk as you happen upon a hobo camp. Nice instrumental riff, quite memorably played on the accordion.

Constructive Comments: Delete the first 10 seconds and start the song when you have things going. “make love till you kick and scream” is kind of R-rated.

Positive Comments: Take me back when I was young. Great theme. How many people (who have made serious relational mistakes) have wished for this very thing. Emotional performance the honesty seeps through well. A strong showing from the band!

Constructive Comments: I would delete the first 30 seconds of this song. What’s the purpose of all those little ad clips or whatever they are? I see no point in them. I am seeing 2 approaches lyrically here, and I think they should be in separate songs. The first verse and chorus (lies written on your face) is one song directed toward the ex-significant other, and the things you have learned on the failing of the relationship are another song. I don’t think the 2 mix well. Just my opinion.

Positive Comments: balls to the wall – solid track instruments are right there!vocal track is strong, infectious hook. Nice doubling of the vocals (especially when adding the lower part).the vocals remind me a bit of Tommy Shaw of Styx.

Constructive Comments: the beginning of the verse at 2:35 has the vocals too far back in the mix – small thing….the ending? well, not my cup of tea – rather hear a fade with a guitar lead.this is a very nice track!
