Positive Comments: That guitar solo (you know the one) is rad. Really enjoyed that, and I think the instrumentation across the board is super strong. I don’t really get into that blues-rock sound by and large, but I think y’all really pull that off well overall. There was a great dynamic and energy to it that almost felt like watching a live performance, which is pretty awesome.
Constructive Comments: Honestly, the big trouble spot to me is just the lyrics. That’s not always a focus on blues music, which I totally understand, but when you have the vocals front and center, I’m going to pay attention to them. There were lyrics like “the music sounds like cheese,” and I know you weren’t trying to take yourself too seriously on those, but those kinda pushed it over into the territory of being too cheesy (no pun intended).
