Positive Comments: At first I thought this was a song about a drug addict, but quickly and humorously the tide turned and I realized I was hearing the funniest song ever about Facebook addiction. It has a bell-ringing truth to it! There are many people stuck in this addiction and this song exposes it all in a very original manner. Love some of these rhymes (saved me/tased me) and the line about the golden retriever is a crack up. This is a clever writer/artist for sure! Keep the good stuff coming!

Constructive Comments: I didn’t like the line about sex for a phone facebook whore. That took the song down a peg in my estimation and those 2 lines will probably disqualify the song from universal appeal. I think a song like this needs to be completely family-friendly. Just my personal opinion.

Positive Comments: This writer is a GREAT storyteller. The fly on the wall is a great image that pulls the whole story together and makes for a very memorable hook. Fantastic, original lyric writing. Loved “squeakin’, sneak in” and the almost rap like rhyming in the chorus with neighbor/investigator. The song leaves the listener begging for “the rest of the story” which is good! The ending is kind of funny, actually.

Constructive Comments: What other stories do you have up your songwriter’s sleeve? I definitely want to hear more from this writer.

Positive Comments: Not just another song about love…this one has a great energy and a pretty universal appeal. The background vocals add to the dynamism. The best lyric, in my opinion, is the one about “clipping each other’s wings” That’s a WOW lyric. So true. “Apathy we can’t deny selfishness that will never satisfy” Some great truth here! Great instrumentation. Love the falsetto notes. The vocalist truly NAILED them.

Constructive Comments: At one point I thought the lead vocal should be up in the mix a bit (at the beginning) but that seems to have resolved itself…at least in my ears. Did I hear you sing the name of Jesus in the outro? Bravo!

Positive Comments: Zing! I love this song! It totally rocks! Chorus/hook is so crazy singable…you had me singing along in no time. The instrumentation is perfect and really augments the dynamic energy of the song and lead singer. Love the simple intro. It mimics each footfall. Great background vocals. Flawless recording and production/mix. Fantastic clarity. Original, fresh lyrics. Can’t say enough good things about this song and this band! Ten stars!

Positive Comments: Very melodic with a memorable hook that repeats and really sinks in. The instrumentation fits the song well and the vocal is on target. It was a very pleasant listen.

Constructive Comments: The recording quality is muddy and sounds old (the hiss doesn’t help). I liked the song or I would have marked it down further, but the song itself has potential if the sound quality could be cleaned up.

Positive Comments: The song tells a sad story, I like the music and the instruments, and I like a song that tells a story. The vocals are very good, and the solo pieces of music are lovely, a very nice song flows nicely, I can feel the era the time of the civil war.

Constructive Comments: I like the music, and the instruments, very nice melody. The artist performs very well, I am not sure if the title is ‘If you wander through the hills of West Virginia’ or ‘I say it’s just Cora Jones a’cryn’ either one is a good title.
