Positive Comments: Overall nice song. The sax is sexy!

Constructive Comments: The male delivery of the vocals seems a little over dramatic for my taste, and I know that’s just a personal thing, but I would interpret it in a little more laid back way.

Constructive Comments: If there’s a sniglet, it’s that I had to try a little too hard to get a clear handle on the lyrics because the vocals are not out front enough for me.

Positive Comments: Sweet traditional jazz with a little swing. The wind instruments are talented players. Everything else is quite tasty, too. Nice to hear something I don’t have to work at to like!

Constructive Comments: I’m good with it, although, I think it might be nice to have the drummer kick out the punches once in a while on the arrangement.

Positive Comments: You’ve truly captured the prog-rock genre in this piece, and the timing and mood shifts were extremely-well done. It’s so nice to hear people who can actually PLAY on Broadjam! This could appear as a film or TV backdrop for the right scene. Great job all around.

Constructive Comments: For me in the center section, it gets pretty synth-heavy which tends to give a dated sound but it’s such a strong piece it didn’t destroy it for me. Maybe interplay back-in-forth between a couple of instruments would keep it even more interesting?

Positive Comments: Very interesting piece and I’d love to hear if this is just a part of something larger. It could easily appear in a film/TV setting as a tonal backdrop. When I think of Progressive Rock, I rarely if ever think “saxaphone” but all the elements work well. Cool stuff indeed!

Constructive Comments: The fade-out seemed extremely-sudden and maybe not executed perfectly but the song itself is very hip and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Song: GONNA BE ON TIME!

Positive Comments: Nice, bluesy tune. Performances very professionally done. Production flawless as far as I could tell. I liked the base guitar coming more prominent in the middle. Vocals worked well with style and instrumentation used. Reminded me a bit of Led Zeppelin second album, at least with the bluesy style of rock

Constructive Comments: I must confess I’m not a big fan of blues style. I would have liked to hear some other instruments added in, maybe keyboards or something to further enrich the piece. Just my idea though

Positive Comments: This is a masterclass on how to write and perform a lullaby. Beautiful lyrics. I love the instrumentation – the piano and harp give it a dreamy feel which fit the lyrics perfectly. A really emotive lead vocal and great use of children’s voices as backing vocals and reply lines.

Constructive Comments: It’s a really superb piece of work – quite moving to be honest. I think there is an industry listing for lullabies on this site. You should definitively submit this for that opportunity.

Positive Comments: I like the immediate impact made by the intro. Nice change at 0.46. I like the lead vocal and the use of backing vocals – great singing performance. Nice little instrumental bridges between the sections. Very strong and entertaining lyrics. A really tight sound. Great sound quality. Broadcast quality Really well mastered.

Constructive Comments: Sorry I had to mark down the originality of the song because it reminded me so much of a Katy Perry song – from memory California Girls? I’ve also marked down the arrangement because I feel more light and shade could have been added to the song by adding and subtracting instruments for example in the second verse to contrast it with the first. That said the guitar solo works really well.

Positive Comments: Just excellent! Reminds me of a mix of Josh Groban and early Elton John with a slight Country vibe. Very nice feel overall, and the stripped-down sound works very well for this song. The songwriting and storytelling is outstanding, and while some might want to hear a bunch of production I’m a huge fan of hearing songs in their original format, as-written. I have a couple of those myself. Great job!

Constructive Comments: I might have liked to hear the slightest more depth on the piano, ringing the lower register to add some bottom end to it, but that’s just 1 man’s opinion. Very nice stuff.
