Positive Comments: Like it very much, it’s got a sense of humour to it. The sparse opening works very well and the vocals which reeks of sarcasm works really well for this tune. Nice fairly subtle instrumentation then you have the electric coming in with a decent amount of dirt. Love it!

Positive Comments: It’s engaging, though not to my taste–not a vampire fan myself. Vocals excellent and lyrics kept me interested.

Constructive Comments: From an emotional point of view, would like to have a bridge that gives some relief from the overall “dangerous” quality. After all, pleasure has a positive quality, even within the threatening context.Also, felt that the instrumentals covered the vocals too much at times. The song is so edgy that some smoother sounds might be welcome to the listener.

Positive Comments: The opening dissonant piano grabbed me and I was all-in! What a fantastic start to the track. It settled into slow groove complimented by a solid bass sound. Vocal was good, sort of John Sebastian-like in its timbre. The strings added another layer and the Rhodes sound was a good touch. Overall I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Constructive Comments: The only bummer for me was the drums (what drums?). They sounded very artificial and not actually in time, which took away from the overall sound and flow/feel of the tune. Just after the 2:00 mark the song’s energy dipped to almost dry, which could also be easily remedied, so if there’s a chance to re-record this with solid drums and smoothing a couple of things out, it would make a huge difference in my opinion.
