Positive Comments: Great slide guitar!Cute vocal harmonies!Lots of SPUNK!

Constructive Comments: Try blending the vocals better so the vocal articulations are tighter and more easily understood.

Positive Comments: Very pretty music!! Love the tones of the instruments, and the melody is very pretty…wanders around in such an interesting way…keeps it fresh!! THis would be great in a film!!

Song: Running Red

Reviewer: Greg Johnson

Positive Comments: This song is everything the blues should be……emotional, weary, POWERFUL!!! The playing and singing are top level!! I hardly ever give a 5 for lyrics but this did it!! AWESOME!!!

Song: Tha Bishop – Keep The Dream Alive

Reviewer: Greg Johnson

Positive Comments: I don’t listen to a lot or rap, but enough to know when it is good…..and this is GOOD!!! Very well done! Very cool lyrics, and the delivery is excellent!! Love the mellow “Dream” female vocal in the middle! It all works great!!

Constructive Comments: I would not change a thing!! Great job!! Take care. Greg

Positive Comments: Great song!! Love the energy right off the bat! Very melodic, very well played, with excellent vocals…..love the harmonies….like my favorite old British bands of the 60’s/70’s!! Love it all!!

Constructive Comments: I think the recording/mix could be better. Drums could be a little crisper. Great stuff!! Take care. Greg

Broadjam Artist: MURIEL
Song: The Redeemer, Yes, Say Amen

Reviewer: DeVora Cohen

Positive Comments: Great lyrics. Sounds like Patti LaBelle!

Constructive Comments: The mix needs a little tweaking … the lead vocal is not clearly heard because of the FX on the lead vocal but the background vocals are great!

Broadjam Artist: Greg Lambert
Song: She Said Yes

Reviewer: DeVora Cohen

Positive Comments: Great tune! Great marketability. Excellent production. Just not my preference. It reminds me of Christian country music which I don’t listen to, but it’s a great song just the same.

Constructive Comments: Everything about the song is very good.

Broadjam Artist: Greg Johnson
Song: The Sea of Life

Reviewer: Nigel Barrett

Positive Comments: Particularly liked the doubling up parts on the vocal. Reminded me of some tracks by the likes of Bread or Ben Watts (half of the english outfit Everything But The Girl). Lovely mellow and subtle strings really work well in the mix.

Constructive Comments: More lush harmonies on the chorus would be great.

Song: How the Sea Made Us Fall in Love

Reviewer: Nigel Barrett

Positive Comments: On the second verse I expected a male voice to come in – the track sounds like a Disney theme tune. Beautifully executed tune. I always appreciate great playing and chord progressions – this has those in spades. Fabulous alto sax player! Please don’t tel me it’s a synth or I’ll have to go out and buy it as I use a lot of sax on my stuff and it’s so appallingly virtual! A good sign in my book is that I listened to the whole thing – that doesn’t always happen with me as there are some pretty awful tracks on here. Reminds me of so many artists – Al Jarreau, Kenny G, Michael McDonald, Regina Belle and on………….

Constructive Comments: For me I’d like to hear some glorious rich vocal harmonies on the chorus.

Broadjam Artist: Jay Gross
Song: Are you so sure version 2

Reviewer: Nigel Barrett

Positive Comments: Got a classic 70’s/80’s vibe all over it! Reminds me of many old school ballads. A bit Bonnie Tyler/Captain and Tennile. More of the high vocal notes would be good – they really added depth to the tune.

Constructive Comments: Wow I’m guessing this was uploaded from an old audio cassette? Terrible sound quality. Can you re-record it?
