Positive Comments: This song has a unique theme for a Christmas song…a young couple’s first Christmas together. I liked the “reality” of the verses, especially the one where she meets the family and his sister’s going to want an interview. That is so real and so cute! This is a nice, upbeat song – It makes me smile.

Constructive Comments: The instrumentation is adequate for a demo, but if you want to take this song further, I’d work on the production aspect a bit. Use percussion that sounds less canned than this loop. Perhaps some jingle bells, shaking eggs, something a little more creative and fun to liven up the arrangement a bit. So…did she pass muster? I had to laugh at this song because it reminded me of when my future husband met my big Italian family for the first time. Mrs. Kate

Positive Comments: I can almost see the diamond engagement ring on her finger on Christmas Eve! Beautiful Christmas love song. Stellar vocals & harmonies. Magical intro, perfect instrumentation. Nice lyrics, memorable hook. This lady has some great pipes. Great job!

Constructive Comments: Even though I liked the background vocals, I think you took them a little “too far” on the echoes. They just seemed a bit overpowering at times. God gave you a beautiful voice! Did you do all your own harmonies? I like the verse where you talked about God. Did He answer your prayer?

Positive Comments: The vocals were out of sight. You’ve got a great deal of talent. The lyric is strong and has a great message. The music though a little out there was very mysterious. Certainly a great movie tune.

Constructive Comments: I’m not sure I would be able to criticize too much. One thing is the hook was not pronounced and did not leave me hearing it after the song. Nice musically and a unique arrangement. Well Done!

Positive Comments: The lyric is good the hook is very good, the arrangement is ok and the vocals are very strong. I would imagine it could be used in a movie or tv show maybe not quite ready for top 40 radio.

Constructive Comments: I thought the lyrics didn’t quite fit the music. Might be interesting if you slowed down the song, made it a ballad and added some strings. The vocals are strong it would be better if they stood out more. Overall a good tune and room for growth.
