Positive Comments: Speaking the intro was a good touch actually. Sometimes that’s a refreshing bit to have at the beginning, something different. I think you’re playing and singing this? If you are that’s an impressive feat. The singing wasn’t bad and matched in pitch for the most part. The hook wasn’t too bad and the key wasn’t a bad choice either.

Constructive Comments: While the singing wasn’t bad and nor was the key choice, I think maybe playing it in a lower key would be better. Try moving down a minor third and singing it there. You might feel more comfortable, changing keys or trying them out is never a bad idea for vocalists. If you do it right, the only person whose going to notice it’s lower is you. 🙂 For the intro, I think you should try playing a bit of the first verse instrumentally to warm into the song. Maybe having a small section for the piano to shine as well. Good job! Keep writing and keep working toward your goals!

Positive Comments: The instrumentation is pretty good, I like the use of what I assume is a synthesizer or maybe an organ. I believe this is in musescore or a scoring program like it but I could be wrong. The harmonies were also good as well, the voices were well matched as far as instruments go. The key changed toward the end were wonderful and I think you could do even more with them 🙂 love it all in all

Constructive Comments: 1:17,2:55,4:32 to 4:45 you have a great piano melody almost cadenza going and I think you should use that to expand upon into a part B instead of repeating the same part A over again afterwards from 1:17 to 2:55. The song has amazing potential but there are a few minor things. The synth is too loud, try changing it to piano or even pianisimo. The piano is holding your melody, so bring that out a bit more and use crescendos and decrescendos 🙂 I like this piece a lot, maybe expand on that part I mentioned, adding a new melody line to continue the theme. Great work! Hope to hear more!

Positive Comments: Here’s a great bluegrass love song infused with simple country wisdom. It’s all about taking chances, and the value of love lost and love kept long and faithful. Filled with an attitude of gratitude, winsomely sung, this is a sweet listen! Instrumentation is lovely with fiddle, guitar, background mandolin. Vocals are honest and understandable. Chorus is singable and memorable. Mix and production flawless. Great work!

Constructive Comments: Great job, Susan, keep the great music coming. It would be fun to meet you in person someday. Mrs. Kate
