Positive Comments: The deep synth bass and drums in the intro get this song off on the right foot. Good arrangement and mix throughout. It’s obvious that this was all done on a synth, and the sax just doesn’t sound right. The other synth voices sound great. Good repeat ending and fade out. Not sure I would classify this as lounge jazz. It’s more electronic jazz.
Constructive Comments: I could see this song performed live by the composer, and maybe he does play it on gigs. Replacing the synth sax with a recording or sample of a real sax would be a big improvement in this song. The ending reminds me of a Tom Scott jazz sax song.
