Broadjam Artist: StarburstRecords
Song: E1. Unholy Kiss (Protilius/Johnson/Starburst)
Reviewer: The First Rule
Positive Comments: Vocalist has a great voice. Fits the genre perfectly. Like the electronic strings/elements included as well. The song definitely has potential. Very reminiscent of Evanescence.
Constructive Comments: The end of the chorus bothered me, vocally. The singer has a great voice, but by electronically breaking up that last “unholy kiss”, it kind of killed the hook.As far as instrumentation, I would love to hear a full band incorporated into the sound. I was left waiting for something heavier to drop, and it never did. As much as I liked the electronic strings, it felt like it needed more.
