Positive Comments: I like a lot of things about this song, the instruments used, the collaborative feel, the provoked feeling of potential waiting to erupt at any moment.

Constructive Comments: The chord placement of the guitar vs. keyboard don’t seem to quite in sync with note scale, like they are there, but almost different songs that happen to have some similar notes, the same with the bass line. All the instruments offer something within the general scale of the song but each one seems to just happen to land that way, not truly synchronized like I was hoping to hear. I wanted to hear at least a lead instrument since there was no lead vocal, but at the same time this is something that could work for tv/movie scoring in some way. Whole groove isn’t horrible by far, but leaves me wishing for more unity with each instrumentation.

Positive Comments: Catchy, fun, interesting and very creative way of expressing as a potential pick up line or maybe the 2nd or 3rd time hangin, but lyrics are brilliantly pieced together. Music definitely suggests funk, but feels more close to blues, can’t really go wrong either direction. Guitar licks were also cool the way placed with the beat.

Constructive Comments: Only con here is that I didn’t think it was an R&B song, more funk and blues. Some might say the vocals had a couple pitchy spots, but I think it lends itself to coloring the song more with character, again much like blues.
