But thats no crime, lots of songs like that. , seems like the vocal performance got stronger as the song went on, I wasn’t quite sold in the first verse but by the second chorus you had me pulled in.

Positive Comments: Here’s a new slant on a Christmas Blues song. It’s a poignant, soft-spoken “come back to me” plea. Nicely produced. Music and arrangement suit lyrics nicely. Vocalist does a great job – easy to understand and pleasant to listen to. The lyrics are original. I loved the “picking out his sweater at the mall” line.

Constructive Comments: Probably having a memorable chorus would help. Maybe a more conclusive ending? I really like it, though. I think your classification for this song should be: Unique-Holiday. Keep up the good writing and I definitely would love to hear more! Mrs. KatePS praying to God is a great idea. I don’t think Santa Claus will do you much good.
