Positive Comments: This song was interesting, however, the instruments do not make me feel like it is a holiday/christmas song. I know the lyrics mention the holiday but without listening to the words, i would think this song was just a regular singer songwriter type of genre, the lyrics could be anything because the music is very generic.
Constructive Comments: I feel, for me,.. that if the lyrics were changed to Down by the bayou where the sweet grass grows, it would be more interesting and fitting with the music. i feel this song has a coffee house vibe but the singer sounds disconnected from the story.
