Constructive Comments: I have to be honest and say the sax is one of my least favorite instruments and I would not have that for this piece. But that is a very personal opinion, I like that more old world feel, taking me back in time. But I’m sure many others would think the sax was the perfect choice and love the quality it added! Art is so objective. Anyways, very beautiful piece, well done, cheers, Ash.

Positive Comments: Beautiful intro, love the minor chord progressions with a lift into a lighter feeling chorus. A nice Mexican/Spanish Americana Rock/Country mix, love the sounds effects. Vocals reminiscent of Dire Straits( one of my favorites) Lovely guitar solos, just all around quality.

Constructive Comments: I need more volume to the vocals! You’ve got this great lazy laid back gritty sultry-man voice. I gave a 3 for vocal pitch, not because you were off key or have a bad voice, quite the opposite, but because I wanted it more! Maybe dial down the rhythm guitar and turn up the voice. The instruments were playing right over you. Couldn’t quite catch all the lyrics. Great song, sing it out!

Constructive Comments: It may have been my lousy speakers, but the drum (snare beat?) seems to be a little more prominent than the guitar. The guitar sounds so great, bring it up a notch!

Constructive Comments: Country isn’t what I usually listen to, so I can’t give a fair amount of criticism. Would add more bottom end however and vocal harmonies would help to bring about the sound to stand out more.

Positive Comments: Decent hook, very well done instrumentation, simple, does not leave much to the imagination. What you’d usually hear at a parade or ceremony. Has an understanding of part writing and moving from part to part or phrase to phrase.

Constructive Comments: Not bad but it sounds just like any other song you’d hear at a parade. Nothing about it really stands out. Adding a flute, or something to the higher end might help that stand out. If you’re going for a specific sound then that works out rather well. Without seeing the sheet music to see, I can’t tell.

Positive Comments: Simple catchy intro, the choral/vocals come in just at the right time. Good idea not having them there too long, adding the layer on the bottom end after the voices leave, or making it stand out more at least was a great idea. Then having them come back but adding in that low end together, very good layering.

Constructive Comments: There’s not much I can say that I would add to this, every time I’d think of what to add, it would come up next. Percussion was excellent, not too much and not too little.
