Positive Comments: The beat is not bad, but i dont know if the sample will get cleared. The singer is very nostalgic as well. I think the second verse was a lot better than the first one as far as tracking the vocals as well as lyrically. Maybe you should change the arrangement of the song to captivate the audience.

Constructive Comments: I think you should lead with the songs strengths. The singer is a strong point. She should probably come in first without the talking in the beginning. I takes away from her vocals. I think the vocals could’ve been tracked a lot better. The beat is also very repetitive throughout the verse.

Constructive Comments: The hook is very catchy, the set up and format was on point. Good music. The mix and sound quality is great, I could hear everything. Some tracks like this tend to drown out the lyrics but it didn’t on this one.

Positive Comments: The instrumentation is great, and I like the vibe of the song. In its entirety, it is commercially viable. I like the singer and the hook is captivating. The song is very rhythmic. I can really relate to the lyrics as well, so I know that the culture will feel the lyrics. Not bad at all!

Constructive Comments: The performance could be a little better. The recording is also a little lacking as far as tracking the vocals. Maybe some post-processing (reverb or special fx) on the hook would make it more professional. I like the way it ends. This song was overall very good, it only needs polishing to make it solid.

Positive Comments: I liked the bell solo around 1:30. This beat reminds me of smooth jazz mixed with a contemporary vibe. I like the sounds chosen for the melody but I believe the accompaniment could be a little stronger. There was definitely an overall vibe to the song, so congrats for creating that. I was hoping for some more dynamic transitions.

Constructive Comments: Try a more engaging melody. A chord change after 8 bars or a change in the drum pattern would also help grab the attention of a listener. It definitely sounds like the drum pattern is static throughout the entire beat which makes the song sound very repetitive. Try adding some delay to certain areas to increase the vibe.
