Positive Comments: I like the vibe of the song. Has a good melody and the vocals sound excellent. It’ has an 80s feel which I like a lot. Lyrics are pretty creative and I like the vocal things you did with the background vocals. Good production. Really liked the song.

Constructive Comments: Vocals were not good. First the inrto was way to long and then when you came in singing the vocal it didn’t sound like it was the right spot. The harmony voices was out of tune. The melody didn’t flow well and there was no hook. Sounded to monotone. You need to rerecord this song with another singer and maybe no harmony and try to put a hook somewhere in the song.

Positive Comments: LOVE the vocals!!!! wow! Karen Carpenter reincarnated! Smooth voice with excellent lower register. Song was really flowing and it sounded like a 70s song but I loved that about it. Instrumentation was good. Production was good. But the Vocals were EXCELLENT!!

Constructive Comments: Not much negative to say except that I didn’t hear a solid hook in the song, not that it’s needed when you have a voice like that singing it but I do like strong hooks personally.

Positive Comments: I like the beat of the song. I like some of the vocals. It sounds like an 80s song which I do like that kind of music. Great structure of the song too. Pretty good melody.

Positive Comments: It’a original. I hear this being in a tv or movie soundtrack. Like in a scene where there is guy and girl thinking about each other but not in the same place. Not to many lyrics but if you are shooting for a movie or tv. spot then there is no need. Pretty cool song.

Constructive Comments: The vocals the first time are a little lower volume wise than the second time, unless that was on purpose, I would just make those the same volume. but that’s really it.

Positive Comments: There’s a cool interplay between the guitar and keyboard parts. The structure is solid. The guitar, bass, and drum parts are interesting, and I like the rocking rhythm of the bridge/solo. It provides a nice contrast to the verse and chorus. There are definitely some impressive guitar parts during the solo. Solid drumming. The vocals are strong and on key throughout. The lyrics fit the tone of the song and are relatable. Nice work!

Constructive Comments: Maybe add some backup vocals during the chorus. That would help to fill it out and give the song a boost. If you don’t want to add oooo’s and aaaah’s, you could try a vocal harmony or double track. There’s a lot of distortion on the guitars. It might be interesting to hear the song with slightly different guitar tone, though it may be a style choice.

Constructive Comments: By sheer fluke I happened to listen to this song a short while ago when I was checking out the person who gave me the least constructive and most insulting review I’ve ever received. No worries, I’m a big boy and can take criticism and I absolutely believe in being straight with reviews but I also believe in being objective and encouraging. By all means criticise parts of the vocal but to say to a vocalist who clearly has some ability you’re a 1/5 – in other words can’t hold a tune – is hardly objective.Your “positive comments” were 100% negative and 1/5 for “Would you like to hear more from this artist”, now that’s just rude. As it happens, you are hearing more from this artist, but I’m not dropping to your level. So here are my constructive comments:Carrying loads down roads is a cliche best avoided. The concept of worn out working is fine but the lyrics don’t really stand up to close examination. Working at a mill is not down a hole and the eyes/ears verse just feels like a filler as it has no part in the story. Worth revisiting the lyrics maybe? Have a nice day.
