Positive Comments: Regardless of the major problem I have with this song, it is actually really well done. The recording is well balanced, the arrangement is good, the instruments are well performed, the vocals are good. It is actually a very cohesive and well put together whole with a good vibe and a good feel.
Constructive Comments: The major problem I had with this song were the lyrics. It wasn’t that they were bad, I thought you had some interesting lines in there. I felt they lacked continuity and were a little incongruous. I kind of understood the metaphor you were aiming for, but it got muddied. To me it was like you had an idea (not a bad idea) and you had some good lyrics to back up that idea, but then when you filled out those lyrics you kind of strayed too far from that main idea to really sell that idea.
