Positive Comments: This is a fun song and the performance reflects that. Great pitch and tone. I always get told by the engineer and producer to “smile on this part” it makes a difference if your facial expression matches what you’re singing. The solo piano at the end seems out of place it seems like it ls reinforcing the feeling of the song, it doesn’t need to , the message and feeling is quite clear.
Constructive Comments: I’d pay a little more attention to the harmony. It sounds like it was recorded live, but overdubs to correct vocals is not a bad thing. I have worked on “live” worship projects and we jumped in the studio to correct the live vocals. It’s industry standard and remember that is what you’re competing with. Overall the message got through with the very familiar Bible passage.
