Song: You’re The Only One

Positive Comments: Has some leaning towards Travis T. / The Zack Brown Band – And Marty Stewart – Good Song all the way around, but based on first hand Experience Via Nashville over last 20 years – This is a really good song – But they have to be Great, to be used as a single. My opinion is, this is a strong album filler – A Great Sync Track. Or if this Artist is releasing an album it would serve to fill in between the Hits! So when the list up above, it asks “Does this song have market potential? Yes it certainly odes. Just depends on the market your hoping to place it in.

Constructive Comments: Nope, this is solid effort. Keep it up. FYI “God Bless This Broken Road” was pitched to Nashville for 10 years before it got cut! So don’t let the “No’s” stop you!!

Positive Comments: Very well arranged piece with a really good riff. Guitar work and drum work are both standouts. Very well constructed piece, from start to finish. Just when a change is needed, it is always there, such as at the 4 minute mark. This is really a welcome change and sets up the following section very nicely.

Constructive Comments: Great sound!

Song: Harder To Hold

Positive Comments: Big sound right from the top… reminds me of Guns and Roses. Song is put together well. Good rhythm and a catchy guitar riff. Generally the mix is good, I can hear everything. Nice bridge, I enjoyed the drum/bass-vocal break. Everything is in place with this song, I heard no arrangement surprises and the song played down very well. Nice riffing on the guitar and bass, they find their sections well. You can tell that the band worked their parts out well. Great song from top to bottom

Constructive Comments: The guitars are a little too dominating in the mix especially in the chorus. The lead guitar should be featured (2:15) more than the rhythm guitars whenever there is a lead. Vocals are a little buried in the Pre-Chorus. Lyrics were a little common for me “Harder to hold” doesn’t do it for me.
