Positive Comments: Nice smooth jazz/Funk/R&B feel in this tune, certainly usable in many commercial contexts. A Little reminiscent of the theme from Shaft when the flute first comes in.

Constructive Comments: I might get to the flute theme a little sooner and keep the variations on the melody a little more repetitive. It’s basically background or elevator music and I don’t mean that in bad way, but it should be very simple and repetitive , either that or get some guy like Hubert Laws to actually play the part. Only other thing is the breakdown sounds a little forced, like you had a drum part under the melody, had the idea to break down the rhythm, and just muted the drums. I don’t get any sense of gradual or musical transition. Just .. boom … drums gone.
