Positive Comments: Nice blending of sounds. I enjoyed the Rhodes melody with the guitar accompanying. Reminiscent of some 80’s bands but I can’t point out any one band. Good musicians and great song idea. Builds well. Lots of talent in this song.
Constructive Comments: Rhythm tracks are not together… guitar and drums clash from time to time. The delay on the guitar, although I understand that it is part of the actual part, it is too much, way too loud in the mix. Mix should start with the rhythmic foundation first… bass and drums. Here the rhythm guitar is featured a little too much so the instrument relationship is out of balance. There are no lyrics but it asks if I would like to view lyrics. Huh?? Something is distorting on the left side… keyboards possibly. Just need to work on your production… Production is the presentation of your music, you have a lot of distractions in this song which makes listening more difficult. Go for a higher standard than this, even if you are writing only for yourself (which clearly you are not otherwise the song would not be out for public consumption). Best of luck.
