Positive Comments: How sweet it is when the piano speaks and tells a story, expertly done in this track. Its call and answer quality reminds me of a first love scene. Two people discovering an attraction for the first time and quietly conversing and getting to know each other. There is also a mildly minor element which adds interest. Quiet, delicate, simply produced, this piece is flawless in my opinion.

I like the part about the small towns (every one has its glory, its own story”. So true. The hook is memorable, and the instrumentation suits the song well. Nice job, songwriter!

Constructive Comments: All the way through I kept wishing and hoping for a clearer take/mix on the vocal. I found myself straining to understand all your lyrics. I am not sure if there was an effect on your voice that deterred clarity, or if the mix wasn’t right. At any rate, I hope you posted the lyrics because after I get done with this review, I want to read them.

Positive Comments: Here is a clear home recording of a short song about the resurrection and “aliveness” of Jesus Christ. Sung with an obvious love and honesty, the recording, though simple, is clear and heartfelt.
