Positive Comments: Love the over all groove of this cut. Like how it goes from synth to piano under solo. Very interesting and engaging. The string lines work well. Love the slap bass fills. I think the sound quality over all is very good.Like the what sounds like synth sound under the chorus. Over all I though this was a very strong cut.

Constructive Comments: I would like to hear a bit more guitar along with the main synth during the verses. Its a little hard to understand the words as a whole. The doubling sounds good but sometimes cuts into the pronunciation a bit on the vocals. I could use a bit more drums over all, but just a personal preference(no way takes away from song as it is) Again I loved this cut!

Song: The Train, Plane Blues (from “Live” CD, “Black & White”)

Reviewer: DENNIS MAKEPEACE

Positive Comments: unusual arrangement, good instrumentation, harmonica sounded good, singer has a powerful voice,

Constructive Comments: no problems but perhaps maybe the vocals could have been a bit clearer in the mix , as I had trouble making out some of the lyrics, but it is a live recording and it can be hard to get everything right for every song in the set, enjoyed it though
