Positive Comments: The intro lost me… I was just at the point of giving up on the piece when all of a sudden your broke into this delightful fast moving part. So I did not like the intro but loved the rest of the piece… in fact loved it a lot. The melody was catchy

Constructive Comments: Personal taste I would’ve sequenced a thumping bass under the fast moving part to give it more balls. For me it lacked bottom end… but if thats all I can find to bitch about you must be doing great.

Positive Comments: I love the feel of this piece… the performance was excellent, the recording was excellent… whats not to like. I would LOVE to write a string arrangement to this. I must confess when I review other people’s music on this site I dont always listen to the pieces all the way through…. yours I did. Very nice work.

Constructive Comments: I kept wanting another instrument to come in on the main melody to bring the melody forward more. Something subtle so the guitar is still in control. Not meant as a complain as I LOVE the piece… just sharing my thoughts.

Positive Comments: Very original… this piece was a refreshing change from many of the other pieces Ive listened to today. It has a great feel and it creates a very nice mood. Nice recording, nice performance… overall this is a very nice tune. I shall be listening to more of your stuff.

Constructive Comments: Love the traffic effect, and the sudden silence. For my I would faded the traffic noise out rather than cut it off sharply. I loved how you added it back in at the end. The dead silent spots might’ve been more effective it there was a reverb trail from the sounds before the silence hit. That way it appears intentional…

Positive Comments: Overall I liked this piece… your selection of instruments was appropriate, melody was memorable.

Constructive Comments: I felt the piece lacked transparency and depth in the mix. All of the instruments sounded at the same depth. An analogy would be that you had the entire band sitting in the same chair. I wouldve panned the instruments out more, and adjusted the mic settings on the virtual instruments so some of the instruments sound further back, while other sound front and center. Then I would add reverb to some of the instruments to even further create the depth.

Positive Comments: I like this song as a whole. The more adventurous mid section is nice. The vocoder vocal part works out really well within the song. The production is clear and well mixed as a whole. I think with a little more time spent on the way the instruments and the mix sound this song could really grab some attention.

Constructive Comments: Again I like this song as a whole. That being said I just feel like this cut sounds too midi/keyboard oriented. I don’t mean by the use of either but more by the chosen sounds. They are just to stock sounding. They sound like basic presets. I think you could make this song sound killer just by really digging into some sound design. I do feel at times it hangs a bit too long on the main theme. I also think that this song begs for near “over production” and a more slick approach to the mix.
