Positive Comments: I think this could be one of those viral videos, e.g. dad raps, etc. Could have some traction in educational environments too!

Constructive Comments: Not my typical genre so I would say that the song served it’s purpose well, it accomplishes what it’s goal is!

Positive Comments: I like it! I found myself bobbing my head to the track rather quickly. The guitar with piano accents over some big drums is a great recipe!

Constructive Comments: The mix could use some slight improvement in the overall balance. The horns seemed a bit brittle when they came in, perhaps layering a lower octave of them?

Positive Comments: Very soothing instrumental. I could see this as a nice intro or outro to a movie, or possibly background music for film/tv. The quality of the recording sounds great!

Constructive Comments: Possibly some more changes in the arrangement. Maybe some breakdowns where the background pad cuts off and its just the guitar of the where the solo comes in shortly after 2 minutes, then come back in with some energy.

Positive Comments: I think the song at it’s roots is catchy and has a nice hook. The melody and lyrics are something that you could find yourself singing later in the day. The thunder was very cool also, fit nicely.

Constructive Comments: I think the mix needs some work in the upper mid range. The Vocals are a bit harsh and so is the piano, both of these are also fighting for the same frequencies so adding some low end EQ to the vocals and maybe layering the piano with a lower octave would balance out the mix tremendously. Also, maybe taking out the name of the woman the song is about, or saying it just once would give it broader appeal.
