Constructive Comments: I would love to add a chorus to this song. In LA they tell the artist that after 13 seconds the listener falls asleep if they don’t hear something new in the song.Not sure if this is true or not, I like the sound and style of this song but feel it could be much more powerful if the music was changed up a little bit and then go back to the main sound or verse.Keep On Truckin!!catnip=+=

Positive Comments: Very touching and soulful song. A song that many people can identify with, if I’m guessing correctly that it’s about a friend or lover taking their own life. It’s certainly a very good idea with a piece like this that you are keeping it simple with mainly the piano, because you don’t want much distraction from the lyrics, as that’s where the main focus has to be. Very nice piece.

Nice piano and it felt like you guys enjoyed playing the track if that makes sense. Players were good too. The me.ody on the very stays with you as well. Good job by all!

Constructive Comments: Some of the levels were off a little with the vocals. Also some of the early lyrics were lost in the mix. Did you want the background vocals mixed on just one side like that? just curious…it worked anyway for me. Good work.

Positive Comments: I liked the piano intro. It seemed like the clarity of the recording got better after the solo. The mix got better then. I liked the chorus and the guitar solo was well played. The lead vocal was good for the track..it seems to fit real well. Good job

Constructive Comments: The overall mix with the levels needs some work. Felt kinda muffled. Cleared up after the guitar solo but some of the levels before were not balanced well

Positive Comments: i Like the lead vocal. I like the overall feel of the track. Good usage of background vocals both times. The guitar solo was good and It was good how you brought it back in the chorus. The lyrics were good in the first verse better than the second for me. Good job.

Constructive Comments: Intro a little too long with tempo of the song. I wold push guitar solo back after second verse and still continue with second time around in chorus. Maybe a little faster it felt sometimes too slow. Good job

Positive Comments: A gritty song about somebody’s baby that is long gone, on many levels I might add. This tune has a nice sound and I can hear it on something like a History Channel show. Good luck with it.

Constructive Comments: I listened to this song three times on my studio monitors. Overall, a nicely balanced mix. If I was the producer I’d bring up the female vocalist. I would replace the drum sound with something grittier. They are too clean and studio hyped. There is a reoccurring drum fill that screams drum machine in what think is a very human song.
