Positive Comments: Nice moody tune with slick syncopated groove. There is nice staging and development of the elements. The (flange guitar?) part that comes in at :29 is soooo cool. This is solid work and I really enjoyed listening to this!!
Constructive Comments: I think there’s mix stuff that could be done to make the overall sound more catchy but I can’t say exactly what–it would be experimenting. Maybe a master bus distortion layer, filters here and there, panning. Some of the key riffs have a tone that’s too tame and simple IMO but we’re talking about personal taste and a lot of tweaking looking for subtle differences. I think the bass part could do more and add a lot.
