Positive Comments: Reminded me in places of Supertramp with that keyboard sound!
Constructive Comments: Not a big fan of echo on vocals in place of reverb. The whole piece could work so much better with a bit more construction/body. I also think the tune is way too long.

Positive Comments: Nice and mellow piece, easy to listen to and a nice choice of instruments. Particularly liked the guitar work.
Constructive Comments: Low score from me is for instrumentation, just because it needs tightening up – too sloppy on the timing front as it is.

Constructive Comments: Low score from me is for arrangement only because the part that kicks in at 1min 19 left me a little flat as for me I wanted to hear supporting instrumentation underlying the score.

Positive Comments: “I can see her laying back in a satin dress…” That intro sounds really good, and I think you recognize what it sounds like. Great vocal and the lyrics & melody are fantastic. I’ve heard this one before. The arrangement wraps around the vocals like a glove, and it has such a delicate, wistful vibe. What a nice tune!!
Constructive Comments: I think you need more juice in the mastering/final mix–the levels need to be higher, and I’d push that vocal way up front. Too much into IMO, and the Sundown association is way too obvious for old people like me. This is a gorgeous tune, arrangement and performance.
